About CheriHire

CheriHire is an AI assisted, evidence first recruitment platform. It brings resumes in from uploads, shared folders, and email, builds a structured profile from each one with a local model (Ollama, with a controlled Azure fallback), and produces explainable candidate rankings with authenticity and fit prediction, for both employers and job seekers.

It is a decision support system. The AI recommends and a recruiter decides. Every score traces to resume evidence, protected attributes are never used in scoring, and every decision the AI makes is auditable.
